I've been using this wire to build battery packs for a DIY powerwall. The silicone sheathing is flexible, it feels a bit rubbery. It is highly stranded copper wire which is best for DC applications. The thin wires are tinned for easier soldering. It's a little precarious to strip without shearing off strands. Excellent wire, I'll probably order more.

Used tons of power and speaker wire in the past, and this stuff is nice. This was for direct leads on subwoofer. Quality wire, true to spec. Jacket is really soft and easy to bend and cut clean with strippers.

I cannot find a single fault with BNTECHGO's silicon cables. About as perfect as it gets for wiring up lithium battery packs.

This silicone jacketed flexible stranded wire is the best. The silicone insulation and fine strands combine to make it very flexible compared to normal PVC insulated stranded wire. The strands are hair-thin but since they are individually tinned they don't corrode the way other fine stranded wire does. The only two downsides are that this is somewhat more expensive than normal stranded wire and that since the strands are so fine it can be a challenge to get them all to go through a hole in a circuit board or into a connector unless you cut the wire flush, put a tiny dab of solder on the end and then strip the end before pushing it into the crimp sleeve or through the hole in your PCB. The insulation holds up to this remarkably well though as silicone rubber can survive much higher temperatures than PVC.

I love this stuff. I do all my automotive projects with it now. Probably overkill for that application, but it is so easy to work with that I wont use much else. Its tinned so it should be pretty weather resistant too. Only thing is it needs to be in a conduit of some sort if you are using it in a vehicle. Silicone is not really that great against abrasion, punctures, etc.

What can I say about BNTECHGO 12 Gauge Silicone Wire? It is a far superior wire, to many of the cheaper brands I have come across. I bought this 12 gauge wire to make charging wires and adapters for my Lipo chargers and RC cars. The quality of this wire is actually pretty good. The wire is thick, and it looks and feels as if can handle great amounts of current. I am pretty impressed with this wire. So far, no complaints from me about this product. I bought the black and red spools 12 gauge bundle. It's a good value. If you decide to buy it, you will not be disapointed.
